Seaside Wedding {Kristin & Guy}

I met Kristin and Guy in person a few months before their Seaside wedding. We met for coffee to chat about their upcoming plans and I knew right away that I would love to capture their wedding day for them. They planned a summer morning ceremony on the beach in Gearhart.

On the day of their wedding, Kristin and Guy and their closest friends and family stayed at the McMenamins Gearhart Hotel. I walked down to meet Guy as he and their guests waited on the beach for Kristin. An eagle perched atop the American flag and watched over the ceremony on the beach.

Kristin and Guy shared their first look on the beach and then said their vows on a beautiful beach morning. It was an emotional and heartfelt ceremony filled with laughter and tears.

After the ceremony, we took family and friend photos on the beach. Guests then walked back to the McMenamins for their brunch reception while the bride and groom stayed back for photos on the beach. Kristin and Guy danced in the sand, laughed in the ocean water, and were lucky to find 2 whole sand dollars right next to each other in the sand.

Kristin, Guy, and I walked back to the hotel where they celebrated with their guests and shared a delicious brunch. The reception was decorated with gorgeous florals and ocean treasures, my favorite kinds of decor. Cannon Beach Bakery made their beautiful ocean-themed cake. Guests mingled indoors and outdoors at the location on a perfect Oregon Coast summer day.
