Hug Point Elopement {Liz & Mikayla}

Liz and Mikayla’s Cannon Beach elopement at Hug Point was another stunner. This couple was so in love and it showed all evening. They made my job easy, just capturing them being themselves and being in love with one another.

Once again I got to spend the day with some amazing wedding vendors. The vision for this Oregon Coast elopement was brought to life by Wild Elopements Photography. Mikayla wore a beautiful white wedding dress from Raw & Golden Rentals. The gorgeous florals were from the talented Wildflower Hill Floral and they were the most perfect shades of pink for a coastal elopement.

As always, Hug Point on the south side of Cannon Beach provided a stunning backdrop for a wedding. Liz and Mikayla ventured into some of the caves in the area, only accessible at very low tides. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves on this beautiful Oregon Coast evening.

My 2023 calendar is already starting to fill up with elopements and portrait sessions at the Oregon Coast and elsewhere in the Portland area. Heidi Heaphy Photography will also be offering special low and negative tide sessions this spring and summer in the Cannon Beach area. What this means is that the date, location, and time will be chosen ahead for you. All you need to do is meet me there and take in the coast and coastal creatures during a regular portrait session.
