Cannon Beach Maternity Session | Karlen and Andrew

Karlen and Andrew came to the Oregon Coast for their baby moon and for a very special Cannon Beach maternity session this February. They had been married at Short Sand Beach after falling in love with the area on a road trip, so they wanted to return to the special place where they had exchanged vows. We met and walked into Short Sand early in the evening. It was a perfect Oregon Coast day for any time of the year, but especially for February! This couple was so sweet and they are going to be the best parents to their lucky little girl. She will likely be arriving any day now and I'm so glad we were able to do this maternity session on their trip.After Short Sand Beach, we drove to Cannon Beach and Karlen changed into a gorgeous pink gown for some sunset photos. Their dogs joined for a few shots too. I love it when people can include their fur babies in their sessions. The sun slowly dipped down under Haystack Rock on an absolutely beautiful evening at the Oregon Coast. It ended up being one of the best evenings at the coast that I have ever witnessed, and I'm glad I was able to see it with this growing family.Karlen and Andrew, congratulations to you both and thank you for choosing me to capture this exciting time in your life.
